Market situation
Vietedutech is an education brand having over 10 year experience in English training for children with practical methods proved to be efficient in Kindergartens and Primary schools. However, while transforming into the academic concept outside school, the brand has faced the challenging competition from other strong and successful English centers such as Apollo, Language Link, etc.
Objective
With Vietedutech’s objectives of becoming the leading service and solutions in English and English subject education meeting international standards, RMA’s task is to develop a brand strategy inheriting Vietedutech’s advantages of strong educational experiences and thoroughly creating the new values adapting the market’s demands, developing the brand awareness in competing with its strong and widely recognized rivals.
Action & result
By deep research and customer insight understanding, the brand strategy directed to develop an English center inspiring the learning excitement for both kids and their parents. The new brand name “Enspire” - a combination of “English” and “Inspire”- and the logo with lively colors has showcased a spirit of English education with the philosophy of inspiration - motivating children to actively study. Besides the slogan “Boundless inspiration. Timeless learning.” has been taken into account to deliver the message of a passionate learning and development journey for kids. 

Furthermore, the activation communication plan has exploited the insight of letting children learn and grow through creative learning process that is more inspirational and innovative through outdoor activities, hands-on experiments, and team building activities, all of which will enhance their senses and open their minds to a whole new world.
